How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, not including weekends or holidays. During launches, holidays, or especially busy times, processing may take a little longer. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow your package on its way home.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our candles and wax melts are hand-crafted, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been used, burned, or melted. Unused and unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. If there's a problem with your order, please reach out to us at support@kodakandles.com so we can help.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Oh no! If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@kodakandles.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can make it right.
How strong are your scents?
Scent strength can vary depending on the fragrance, room size, airflow, and personal preference. We carefully test our products to make sure each scent performs well, but some fragrances are naturally softer while others love to make their presence known- kind of like our pack. 🐾
How should I care for my wax melts?
Place your wax melts in a wax warmer designed for scented wax and use only the amount your warmer recommends. Never add water or leave a warmer unattended. When you can no longer smell the fragrance, allow the wax to cool completely before removing it.
Keep wax melts and warmers out of reach of children and pets.
How should I care for my candle?
Trim your wick to about 1/4 inch before each burn. On the first burn, allow the wax to melt across most of the surface to help promote an even burn. Never burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time and discontinue use when about 1/2 inch of wax remains.
Always burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts, children, pets, and anything flammable. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
What are Koda Kandles products made with?
Our wax melts are hand-poured in small batches using a soy-blend wax and carefully selected fragrance oils. Our candles are also hand-poured and thoroughly tested for each fragrance and vessel combination before they're ready to join the pack.
Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color or appearance may occur- and that's part of what makes each batch unique.
Why are your scents named after dogs?
Every Koda Kandles scent is inspired by a dog in our pack- their personality, quirks, favorite things, or the memories they've given us. That's why you won't find ordinary fragrance names here. Each scent has a story and a pup behind it.

Do you offer custom or special orders?
At this time, Koda Kandles is focused on our current collections. We may offer custom labels, seasonal releases, gift options, and other special offerings in the future.
